You take pride in your work, communicate clearly with clients, and understand that organization is about creating livable systems, not just tidy spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Organize residential spaces including kitchens, closets, pantries, garages, playrooms, and offices

  • Categorize belongings and create intuitive, maintainable systems

  • Assist clients with mindful decluttering and decision-making

  • Measure spaces and recommend appropriate organizational products

  • Label, style, and reset spaces for both function and aesthetics

  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in clients’ homes

  • Collaborate with the Casa Cove team on multi-day or large projects

Requirements

  • Proven interest or experience in home organization

  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

  • Ability to lift, move, and organize household items

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

  • Comfortable working in clients’ homes

  • Applicants must submit a portfolio of their organizational work

    (Photos, videos, social media pages, or a simple PDF are all acceptable)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, values flexibility, and takes pride in being reliable
and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day household operations

  • Coordinate home organization projects and upkeep

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and household priorities

  • Liaise with service providers (cleaners, organizers, vendors, etc.)

  • Maintain household systems and ensure spaces stay organized

  • Support clients with ongoing home management needs

  • Communicate updates and priorities clearly with clients

Requirements

  • Flexible availability during the week

  • Reliable transportation is required

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet

  • This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor position
